After a disagreement with his family Indy left home and was on his own for the first time, the newly graduated university student started looking for a job. Unable to find a job in his field of study, he took a job as a new car salesman. Finding that still wasn't enough to make ends meet he took a second and a third job on to afford him a decent lifestyle. Working crazy hours something had to be done. He then acquired a position with a luxury car dealership and found out quickly that the promises made by the company to move up the "corporate ladder" was nearly next to impossible as it was more beneficial for the company to keep him in a sales role due to his ability to generate a substantial amount of business for the dealership .
Leaving the dealership to pursue a traditional business, this was a bold move that he felt had to be done. He started a retail clothing business and started to feel the pinch every traditional business entrepreneur has. Time, overhead and managing employees until a tragic accident literally burned his business to the ground. Shortly after this tragedy a very successful friend asked if he was interested in taking a look at a business opportunity and was introduced to ACN.

At first he thought it was just another company, until one day at breakfast, he saw the video phone for the first time. "it was at that point, when it all made sense to me" The journey through ACN has taught him many things through ACNs personal development program. "every one in ACN has taught me something, and I thank them all. Without them I wouldn't be the person I am today, and for that I'm truly thankful" he has also had the opportunity to learn from some of the world's most successful entrepreneurs like "Donald J. Trump". Indy has been recognized by ACN for his achievements is building an organization that will afford him a lifestyle most only dream about, with all this he is a very humble man who is willing to help others to have success in their lives and is a ton of fun.

Prior to ACN, this dynamic woman was a Business Owner, Bookkeeper, Personal Chef and Real Estate Investor. An incredible leader who leads by example, this lady was not only committed to building ACN and planting their flag, her husband Richard and herself have always been in the top three producers with Team RPM West. They have an incredible amount of integrity and are willing to to do whatever it takes to succeed. They are driving their teams to success and we are honored and privileged that they are part of the Alberta leadership. Just back from building out East, Ms.Suzanne Couillard and her husband not only hit ETL in only 60 days they are on their way to the Team Co-ordinator position and are fueling the fire with their commitment to succeed and are great examples for the Edmonton market.

With a 23 year career in the automobile business, 19 of them owning his own business and also becoming very successful investing in commercial real estate that made him lots of money over the years.. with a change in the economy and personal set backs, Richard was working twice the hours and less than half the income! He was first approached about ACN in early 2008 and wanted nothing to do with it, because of pre conceived ideas about product based marketing. After a friend of his retired himself after a short time in the business, he got Richard's attention. So in February 2009 he got started with ACN part time and with the help of the team, he has experienced true residual income.. Three out of his 4 children are also in ACN! CALGARY EVENT WAS INCREDIBLE!!!

So, how many of you went to the Calgary event and wished you had more people there? OMG! Congratulations on the Calgary leadership for putting on awesome event. It was incredible and everyone was wishing they had more people. I know I did. I should have brought a bus load of people. The Friday/Saturday Leadership Training with RVP Nathan Goldberg was absolutely the BEST I have ever seen in this market place. Mr. Nathan Goldberg is one of the top performing RVP's in our company and he was definitely at the top of his game as he spoke to the leadership in Alberta. WOW! The posture of this powerhouse performer was straight in your face... I was writing notes furiously as he shared his tips on success and how he got to be a top producer in the company. He emphasized personal development and how you need to be obsessed with making this business work for you. He explained what it took for him to succeed and how he trains his team. How he is attracting top professionals into our company and how we all need to constantly work on ourselves to attract the TOP professionals in our industry. There is no question where he is heading and for those who attended it was well worth the drive to Calgary! In fact, the Alberta leadership was on FIRE and everyone who came out of there was PUMPED. If you missed it I would highly recommend you find someone who has the recordings as there was some great information and training shared that you wouldn't want to miss.

Congrats to all the newly promoted ETT's (Linda Wolfe from Edmonton -RPM) and ETL's Glen Peters from Grande Prairie RPM) and newly promoted TC Indy Dhaliwal(Momentum) from Calgary and RD Charmaine White(Dynasty) from Edmonton.
